Registration Options

Registration Options

Advance Registration Members who renewed their membership by January 31, 2019, are eligible to register and make hotel reservations on Bonus Day. Advance registration will open on July 10 at noon EDT.
Online Discount From Thursday, October 3, at midnight EDT through the duration of the annual meeting, discounted fees are available by using the online registration system. Avoid waiting in line and bring your confirmation number to any Express Badge Pick-Up location to claim your meeting materials.
On-Site, In Line Attendees can also register on-site at McCormick Place Convention Center in Hall A. On-site, in line registration opens October 19 at 7:30 a.m. CDT. If you prefer to register at an on-site counter, higher registration rates apply. On-site and online registration will be available for the duration of the meeting.

Note: Once on-site, attendees may still take advantage of online discount registration if you self-register.

Bonus Day

Members who renewed membership by January 31, 2019, are eligible to register and secure housing on July 9 at noon EDT, one day before the opening of standard advance member registration. Learn more about Bonus Day.

Sunday, October 20 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m. CDT
Monday, October 21 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m. CDT
Tuesday, October 22 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m. CDT
Wednesday, October 23 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m. CDT

*Express Badge Pick-Up stations available only. Full registration services begin Saturday, October 19, at 7:30 a.m. CDT.
