What are the co-headquarter hotels and addresses?

When may I reserve hotel rooms?
You must register for Neuroscience 2018 before you make your hotel reservation. Once registered, make your hotel reservation online, by mail, fax, or phone.
Priority is given to online reservations. Members who renewed membership before January 31, 2018, may register on Bonus Day, Tuesday, July 10. Advance registration and housing opens for members on Wednesday, July 11 at noon EDT, for nonmembers on Tuesday, July 17 at noon EDT, and for press on Wednesday, July 18. Housing for exhibitors opens at noon EDT on Tuesday, July 24.
Will SfN Housing charge my credit card to guarantee the reservation?
SfN Housing will not charge your credit card. However, your hotel may charge one night’s room and tax if you do not arrive at the hotel on the date shown on your confirmation. Hotels may also charge an early departure fee.
Will I receive a hotel confirmation?
Yes, a detailed confirmation is automatically emailed to you once your reservation has been made.
What is the hotel cancellation policy?
You can cancel reservations online through SfNSupport@cmrus.com until Oct. 5, at 9 p.m. EDT. One night’s room plus tax is charged by the hotel if you fail to arrive on your confirmed arrival date. The hotel may also charge your credit card an early departure fee.
What do I do if I need more than one hotel room?
Attendees requiring more than one room need to call SfN Housing at (866) 999-3093. Additional room requests should only be made for family members of the registered attendee and are handled on a case-by-case basis until August 20.
Is it possible to arrange shared lodging?
The roommate matching forum provides an online meeting space where meeting attendees can arrange shared lodging to ease costs associated with housing.
How do I make changes to my hotel reservations?
Hotel reservations may be changed or cancelled online until October 5. Any changes made after October 5 are subject to availability. Beginning October 26, call the hotel directly for changes. After changing or canceling the reservation, you will receive an updated SfN hotel confirmation. Cancellations received after October 5 may be subject to a cancellation penalty.
