What types of companies exhibit?
The general exhibit categories are biochemicals and reagents, computer related instruments, laboratory equipment and supplies, optical/imaging instruments, physiological instruments, publishers, and pharmaceutical companies.
When are the exhibits open?
Sunday, November 4 – Wednesday, November 7, 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Can exhibitors attend sessions?
Yes, badged exhibit personnel may attend scientific sessions that do not require a ticket.
Is there an exhibit hall only registration fee?
No. To visit the exhibit hall, attendees must register for the entire meeting. However, for each exhibiting company, SfN has made available two complimentary exhibit hall only guest badges per 10’ x 10’ booth. Exhibitor guests will have access to the exhibit hall and poster sessions only, at no additional charge.
Are children allowed in the exhibit hall?
Individuals age 17 and under are not permitted to attend the annual meeting and exhibits without adult supervision. Badges are not issued to these individuals. Under no circumstances are children age 17 and under allowed in the exhibit hall during set up and dismantle times.
