SfN Hosts Successful Virtual Conference on Glial Cells

More than 2,300 scientists and members of the scientific community registered for SfN’s first-ever virtual conference. The Other Brain Cells: New Insights Into What Glial Cells Do showcased exciting insights in study of glia. With some live sessions seeing more than 600 attendees, 10 expert presenters plus a group of graduate students and postdocs, covered topics ranging from oligodendrocyte and myelin plasticity in information processing, to new concepts and directions for research.
