What types of companies exhibit?
The general exhibit categories are biochemicals and reagents, computer related instruments, laboratory equipment and supplies, optical/imaging instruments, physiological instruments, publishers, and pharmaceutical companies.
When are the exhibits open?
Sunday, October 6–Wednesday, October 9, 9:30 a.m.–5 p.m. EDT.
Can exhibitors attend sessions?
Yes, badged exhibit personnel may attend scientific sessions.
Is there an exhibit hall only registration fee?
No. To visit the exhibit hall, attendees must register for the entire meeting. However, for each exhibiting company, SfN has made available two complimentary exhibit hall only guest badges per 10’ x 10’ booth. Exhibitor guests will have access to the exhibit hall and poster sessions only, at no additional charge.
Are children allowed in the exhibit hall?
Individuals aged 17 and under will only be permitted to attend the annual meeting with adult supervision, and badges will not be issued to these individuals. Under no circumstances are children aged 17 and under allowed in the exhibit hall during set up and dismantle times.
Can I browse through the list of exhibitors online?
The list of exhibitors will be available in late summer.
